Talk to Altari Systems
Start with the environment you need to protect.
Discuss your network, servers, applications and security priorities with Altari. The first conversation can establish the intended assessment scope, current product availability, evidence requirements and the boundaries for any future remediation.
Tell us about the scope
Useful starting points include the broad types of infrastructure, operating systems, cloud or self-hosted workloads, applications and databases involved. Explain whether the immediate concern is an initial audit, exposure, vulnerability management, configuration drift or ongoing monitoring.
An initial enquiry does not need credentials, private keys, customer records or sensitive logs. Access and evidence transfer should be agreed separately as part of a properly scoped assessment.
- Which environments and assets would be in scope?
- What security or operational problem prompted the enquiry?
- Which changes would require a maintenance window or additional approval?
- What reporting, coverage and implementation evidence do you need?
Agree a reviewable next step
Altari can discuss the required checks, supported collectors and the current state of the Defence programme. Any proposed assessment should identify the authorised targets, read-only methods, permissions, evidence handling and what the report will include.
Remediation is a separate decision. The specified workflow gives the customer the choice to authorise all recommended work, selected changes, individual findings or no changes. Commercial terms and scheduling need agreement for the actual scope.
