A useful first message
Describe your organisation’s operational goal, the types of hosts and workloads involved, and the questions you want a demonstration to answer. An approximate environment size and the existing security tools you need to work with will help define the scope.
Include whether you want observation and reports only or want to discuss a particular controlled response. Do not send credentials, private keys, customer records or complete security logs in an initial email.
What to establish together
Agree which build and components will be demonstrated, what information will be collected, how results will be reviewed and which functions remain unavailable. If a pilot is proposed, establish the authorised hosts, permissions, network paths and acceptance criteria.
Hosting, data handling, commercial terms, support, maintenance and any integration work need agreement for the engagement. Request a factual demonstration of the functions you need before planning a broad rollout.
Start with the outcome you need
Tell Altari whether you are evaluating an SME estate, managing customer environments as an MSP or reviewing a specific security boundary. Useful context includes Windows/Linux workloads, existing endpoint and identity tools, important data paths and what you need to verify.

Planned architecture is distinguished from functionality available in the candidate build. Commercial terms and operational support are agreed for the actual scope.
